Awesome day with Salty Viking. Bruce and Rose took good care of us and hit all the spots we wanted. The boat itself is well kept and has a great layout for day charters. We were in town for the day from a cruise ship. They picked us up and dropped off at a nearby marina making the whole experience effortless. Highly recommend.

Our family of four had a wonderful trip to the BVIs with Captain Bruce and Rosie. The Salty Viking is tremendously comfortable, fast and true luxury. Captain Bruce and Rosie were incredible hosts and took us everywhere we wanted to go and more. Definitely a worthwhile splurge. We won’t hesitate to book them on our next visit to St. John.

I’ve been on many a boat in the USVI, and Salty Viking has by far been the most comfortable and luxurious boat I have been on. Such a large and comfortable boat for a day on the water. Plenty of shade for those needing time out of from the sun, but also lots of spots to lay out and soak up the sun on the smooth ride provided by this style of vessel. If you are like me, that enjoys a long day on the water with drinks, food, snorkeling, etc. then Salty Viking is the boat for you.

From start to finish, our private charter boat trip was nothing short of exceptional. Bruce and Rosie were professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, making us feel safe and well-cared-for throughout the journey. The boat itself was pristine—immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with every amenity we could have hoped for. Whether we were relaxing on deck or snorkeling in crystal-clear waters, every moment was thoughtfully planned and executed to perfection. One of the highlights was the personalized itinerary. The captain took the time to understand our preferences and tailored the route accordingly, bringing us to breathtaking scenic spots that we would have never discovered on our own. This experience truly redefined luxury and relaxation. We felt like VIPs the entire time and can’t wait to book another charter. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore the water in style, comfort, and complete privacy. We had the best day aboard the Salty Viking! The boat is gorgeous, comfortable and well maintained. We spent the day in BVI hitting up Foxy’s, Soggy Dollar then snorkeling the Indians. Would highly recommend!

AMAZING, 11/10, would absolutely come again. So fun. We did lots of snorkeling, beach viewing, and sightseeing. Great tour of the USVI and BVI.

What a gorgeous, spacious boat! We were a multi-generational family (10 guests) visiting for the day from a cruise ship in St. Thomas. The Salty Viking team came all the way there to pick us up right next to the cruise ship’s dock. While it was a very wavy day between St. John and St. Thomas, the captain handled the big waves beautifully and it was super comfortable. Once in the calm bays of St. John, the first mate made us some delicious Painkillers and a delightful charcuterie plate. The captain allowed me to play my favorite music via the Bluetooth. We snorkeled in multiple coves and got a wonderful tour of the coastline. It was the best day of our weeklong vacation. The boat has such great wide areas to lounge so we could all be together. 10/10! Thank you, Salty Viking Team!

The Salty Viking is amazing all around. We had 2 days sailing around St. John, USVI and into the BVI. The boat itself was spectacular in every way. We snorkeled in some of the clearest waters you will ever see, stopped at an in-water pizza boat, toured islands throughout the USVI and BVI, and visited swim-up bars along the way. The boat is equipped with snorkeling and swimming gear, including floats so swimmers of all levels can enjoy the beautiful waters. The crew is first class and very knowledgeable, sharing island history and making recommendations tailored to the group. Highly recommend Salty Viking Charters!

Amazing sunset tour on Salty Viking! Our group loved cruising slowly through the cays while enjoying charcuterie and drinks, then anchoring for the sunset — a truly perfect happy hour before dinner in town. The boat was super spacious, and the captain and crew were great. One of the highlights of our trip, highly recommend!

We had a great day exploring Jost Van Dyke! Great Harbor, Sandy Spit, B-Line and of course White Bay. The captain timed everything perfectly, so we had plenty of time at all the spots which was awesome. Our group loved having plenty of space to relax aboard — sun or shade spots — so for us, we were happy we went with a bigger boat. Can’t wait for next year’s charter with them!
